What does the (s) mean in the rooms/buildings listing?

What does the (s) mean in the rooms/buildings listing? Some rooms are marked in red and have an (s) at the end. In Sweden, putting an (s) after someone's name means they're a member of the Social Democratic party, whose colour is red. But I doubt the rooms are social democrats...  :)

The red name means its overlapping with another room (so it counts for 1/4 value)

... and the (S) indicates that the room is (S)hared with another room (they overlap).
