DFhack help thread

Hi I started this thread so people can post their DFhack questions and members of the dwarf fortress community can help them out.

So to start off what are the DFhack commands to get a full set of armor (chainmail shirt, breastplate, greaves, high boots, helm, gauntlets and shield).  I ask because I cannot figure out how what to start the creatitem command.
