Last I heard there's a $500 or so minimum before devs can cash out. That's eatin money for a few months.

I like how the current bundle has all Desura redemption.

Dominions 4 is the only thing I need to worry about.  It's fortunate I made the transfer to Steam back when they were having patch issues.
