Making a belt buckle

Hey everyone, so i have in my possession a 1 year old deer skeleton, which i have cleaned. I want to build a belt buckle out of its skull, has anyone got any advice for this? Thanks in advance.

I suppose duct tape will help bind it... I'd much rather it look aesthetically pleasing though, should I use crafting wire to bind it to the belt? Buy a blank buckle and attach the skull to it?
