Theoretically it is. It is possible for an adventurer to marry while retired, if somewhat rare. But no control over that.
All the adventurers that I've checked the sexual orientation of were asexual. Including several from a creature that's almost always bisexual. So adventurers are probably automatically asexual and thus can't get married while retired.
Yeah I mod that.
