Forgotten Beast Fortress Defender
« on: March 31, 2015, 10:05:54 pm »

For those who wondered, no, I'm not talking about weaponizing FB.

I reclaimed an old site called Razorking in 1008.
The site was destroyed by the forgotten beast "Sethal Terrormines the Deep of Doom" in 229.
The forgotten beast was not found, however. Maybe it was sleeping in some mossy vault.
I retired the site later and moved on to another fort.

In 1012, I opened the legends viewer to check the fate of the site...

To my surprise, the site was attacked 13 times from 1010 to 1012, by both humans and goblins. 111 attackers were slain by the beast.

1) The game still considered the FB as the legal resident, because
2) The human civ were not at war with my civ
3) The dwarves residents were ignored by the game during my absence.

I unretired the site later and found the dwarves were still alive, the fogotten beast was sitting in the vault.

Yeah, but not when the fort is retired, I guess.
