Rules
Turns and Time Each day irl is a quarter. There are four quarters in a year, Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall (With the beginning of winter) Each quarters lasts 24 hours and ends at 12 AM midnight EST time. After Q4, a year happens, and Q1 begins.
It takes 3 quarters to make a game. Speaking of games, please keep the tech of the era, in the era. No HD graphics in the eighties.
Development
It takes 3 quarters to develop a game. First quarter you announce a game. The next quarter you market the game (more on that later) then the final quarter you release details for the game. You must detail it as such. It is a flat cost of 20,000 dollars to develop with some extra costs. For some consoles you have to pay for a dev kit which allows you develop on that console.

Console: (What it is developed on)
Languages: (First language free, 20,000 for each language after that. Language is what language the game is developed in.)
