Great Scimitars aren't light, from what I'm looking at, so TWF is -4.

I noticed that when drafting some NPC characters. Why aren't scimitars Light (or finessable like the rapier)? I mean, they're like the iconic thing to dual-wield.

The homerules extended TWF to also work with one handed weapons. Or rather, to have one handed weapons not have any additional penalties.

They must be relatively close since I could fly to them in a single turn. Even if it's two range increments away instead of one it's still probably better to attack then do nothing.

These chumps don't have any AC anyway.

So. Uh... Game dead? Or are we still waiting on Sultans action? Some we do some sorta turn for him?

He said "I'll delay", even if he didn't actually make any action or specify to when he is delaying. Initiative count 7 makes the most sense I would think. Maybe just... Auto delay him to that?

Sorry, I'll update this weekend. I'd love to do so earlier, but I have a rather large midterm I haven't studied for on Friday, in addition to an essay I have to finish.
