Question Regarding Retired Adventurers
« on: February 02, 2015, 09:11:03 pm »

When you retire your adventurer in a retired fort and go back into the fort through Fortress mode, how do you get your retired adventurer into different jobs? He doesn't appear on my DwarfTherapist - he kind of just walks around in place. After days of travelling and slaughtering towns, I want to turn him into a simple farmer or maybe even a soldier. Do I have to do any mods/commands to make this work?

DFHack "tweak makeown" command. If they're not a dwarf they still won't appear in DwarfTherapist.

Reading his name would trigger it. Thinking of him would trigger it. No other circumstances would trigger it- it was strictly related to the concept of Bill Clinton entering the conscious mind.

A wizard has turned you into a wagon. This was inevitable (Y/y)?
