Do Goblin Snatchers still exist?

Same here. And I think I've only seen kobold thieves in about 1 in 3 games.

Nope.

Goblin ambushes are a thing of the past, as well. The goblins just start sieging your fort right away.

Goblins do now arrive, since the camp forever bug is fixed, just not in very small groups. Kobolds can still raid if they are nearby.

I got a kobold thief last game, but he got spotted as soon as he entered and left immediately.
