She is annoyed after suffering a minor injury.

Well a gem setter was beaten by a blind cave ogre and lost a hand and some teeth.
The health screen says "ability to grasp somewhat impaired. Other than that, there's no treatment, nor wound, nor medical history.

I wonder what does she mean by "a minor injury". Maybe losing a hand isn't something major?

Opinions differ, even among dwarfes. Wouldnt be minor for me but... *shrugs* apparently for her.

I think it depends on their discipline, among other traits. Undisciplined dorfs will talk about broken bones as major injuries (even if it's a single broken toe), yet I've had a well disciplined fighter have his leg removed, report for a crutch, and stomp off without a single complaint, and he didn't register it even as a major or minor injury in his diary. Thank god I now always make my crutches out of lead and gold. He proceeded to use the crutch as the most effective bludgeoning weapon.
