 Greetings fellow overlords.
 I think it would be nice if you could create a squad and instead of choosing which dwarves are in the squad, you choose certain parameters, for instance male, fisherdwarves under novice, fish cleaners under legendary, shields, spears, exempt UristMcHasalargefamilythatwillcauseatantrumspiralifhedies, leather armor; and it fills the squad, including migrants that arrive after the squad is created and filling emptied positions.
