No, Stalkers according to the wiki arent what Im referring to.  The wiki bit in 'Stalkers':

Back when they had their big night creature talk I'm pretty sure Toady mentioned wanting them to stalk players as part of a curse or whatever. They wouldn't really live up to their name if they didn't.

Yeah, this is basically going to happen on its own once Adventure is more fleshed out.  You kill someone's brother, they attempt to have you assassinated or something.
