Anyway, if negotiations break down and Chaos/Tyranids/Eldar/Scythers/etc. get there while negotiations are going on, you're f*cked. I highly recommend at least getting the Ultramarines to the planet, considering they're so perfect and they succeed at everything. Seriously, they could fly into the Eye of Terror with the Gellar Fields turn off, capture Magnus the Red, and deliver him to the foot of the Emperor with minimal casualties and with no backup.
