Marksdwarf spams "equippment mismatched"

There's a marksdwarf keeping spamming "cancelle pick up equippment: equippment mismatched". He keeps putting bolts into the quiver for a while, and then dropping the bolts on floor. What's wrong with him?

I would just erase whatever his uniform is and then reapply it, and then verify that he's able to use all three kinds of bolts materials.
