Before being introduced to Dwarf Fortress, I loved to play Angband but even more that that I loved to watch a Borg playing it. A Borg is an bot which plays the game instead of the player. It makes choices where to go, how to fight, and ideally wins the game.

Now, I there something like this for DF Adventure mode? If not, would anyone of our programming gurus dare to develop it?

I definitely remember something like this, but for fortress mode, not adventurer mode.
