Light blue H on item?

So I was going to mark an area to be channeled and
'd'esignation + c'h'anneled
it.  Only I was already loo'k'ing at an item. The d marked it to 'D'ump, but surprisingly (to me) the 'h' marked it with a light blue 'H'. Er, what does 'H' mean when it's marking an item?

'H'ide, it's under 'd'-'b'-'h' or something like that.
