Why does it keep giving me this error?

For the last 2 days I have been trying to get my dryad tree creature to work.  It keeps throwing up this error message whatever I seem to do.

What is wrong here!  I have created the tissues and a list of the materials with their identifiers and added them onto the creature.  Yet despite this it still does not work.  I am really not enjoying this at all because it seems to be written exactly as the game creature files are written.

I think it's because you're trying to apply all of the tissues and materials before declaring any bodyparts.

Not for a few details they aren't. Try sticking the body detail plans beneath the [BODY:TREE] tag for a start.

You didn't detail that one much, either. Is the "TREE" a custom body plan that has all the organs and hearts and torso halves and grasping parts all-in-one?

I think it's because you're trying to apply all of the tissues and materials before declaring any bodyparts.

It so happens that you appear to be right.

No way I could have guessed either.  Dwarf Fortress is not usually fussy about where you put things in the file but it seems in this one case it actually is.
