smoothing issues

so, ive got the latest version, and i am trying to see how people got the smooth (round) circles and the straight diagonal walls, like on here:

is it simply not a feature anymore, or am i missing something?

I havnt seen it in any of the comon modpacks/tilesets so I really couldnt say

Looks like Phoebus, Classic Diagonal. His sets have multiple tile types for walls you can choose from and a Tileset Assembler, but I've not played with it myself.

Edit: But now that I look closer, maybe its Mayday. Not sure if Mayday has been updated though.

Edit:  Unless you are asking how to smooth walls and floors in the first place, in which case you need dwarves with Stone Detailing enabled and use the (d)esignate menu.
