Problems with dumping

Has anyone had issues with dumping since the last update? My dwarfs won't move all that excess rock and its making me sad :( plus bothering my OCD a little *twitch*

I designate stuff, have my zone ready, and the objects just sit there.  The objects in question aren't even forbidden as I noticed a bunch of dwarfs had moved some stone designated for dumping into a stockpile

Known bug, inside/outside refuse is flipped, turn on gather outside refuse and vermin remains and they should jump to work immediately.
