[Help] Screen Resolution Issue

Just picked up a new laptop for school.

Went to play some DF on it and ran into an issue when running in full screen mode. Parts of my screen are cut off and because of it I cant play.
When in windowed mode the game runs fine but the second I hit F11 the screen gets cut off and makes it impossible to play.
My resolution is 1920 x 1080, I primarily use Phoebus but occasionaly go back to ASCII for fun, none of these fix my problem.
