UI Suggestion - dynamically change profession name as you allocate points

In the fort preparation screen, all of the dwarves' professions remain as "Peasant," no matter how good they actually are at what they do. It's a trivial change, I know, but I think it would be convenient to stay up-to-date on what professions I have saved.
