Dwarf Therapist isnt sorting my professions

So Im trying to sort my dwarves by profession but apart from my miners and woodworkers which are sorted, the rest arent... After my woodworkers its Maso, Farmer, fisher, mason, mason, fisher, farmer, mason, farmer, farmer... etc
Its a real mess If I cant sort my dwarves by profession, anyone know how to fix this?  They are custom professions I made bbtw
