Cave fishing oddity
« on: July 21, 2014, 05:51:55 am »

WHenever my fisherdwarf starts a fishing session at the cave pond, I get the message 'there is nothing to catch in the northeastern cavern.
However, my fisherdwarf does not stop his fishing job, and the fishing zone does not say zero fish are available (which it does do when I get the same message for aboveground ponds), but stays at 7.

My fisherdwarf is a competent fisher. Could it be that I need higher skill to be able to catch cave fish, or is this buggy behaviour ?

Known bug since 0.34.06 (and probably actually dating back to 0.31.01).

P.S. If you don't get this note, let me know and I'll write you another.
It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.
