I've found (and translated) one of the characters from my old MOBA. See if you can take some inspiration from it. No fluff provided because I'm feeling lazy today XD

Supreme Inquisitor (Passive): Romeo deals 50% extra damage to minions, pets and neutral monsters.
Mundus (Passive): Romeo's Basic attacks have a range of 3 instead of 1, but do not count as ranged attacks.

Libera Me (Ability): Romeo loses 10% of his current health and deals an enemy a physical damage of (Health lost+0.4 PA+0.4 MA). The range of this attack increases with the level of the ability (1sq/2sq/3sq/4sq/5sq). This Ability costs 2 AP and 10 MP. This Ability has a 1 turn cooldown.
Healing Light (Ability): Romeo gives an ally or himself a healing aura. The aura heals (3/4/5/6/7+0.2 MA) at the start of each turn for 3 turns. It cannot stack. This Ability costs 2 AP and 9 MP. This Ability has a cooldown of 3 turns.
Inquisitor Lord (Ability): Romeo reduces all Physical damage that ally units (including minions and structures) suffer within 6 squares of him by 10%/15%/20%/25%/30%. To activate this Ability, Romeo must spend 8 MP. Each turn that he wishes to maintain it, he must spend 3 AP in doing so.
Wings of Angels (Ability): Romeo increases his movement by X and his Initiative by 3. This effect lasts for 1/2/3/4/5 turns. During this time he can fly over walls and enemy units. This Ability costs 15 MP and 3 AP. This Ability has a 8 turn cooldown.
Light Armor (Ability): Romeo can shield an ally unit or himself for two turns. This gives them a bonus to Armor and Resistance of 2(+0.5 MA). The range of this Ability is of 2 squares at the first level of the ability. At its third level it is of 3 squares and at its fifth level it gets to 4 squares. This Ability initally costs 10 MP and 3 AP, but at second level its MP cost goes down to 7 and at fourth level, its AP cost goes down to 2.
Light Attack (Ability): Romeo can attack at distance of 7 squares. The attack deals 6/8/10/12/14(+0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7 MA) magic damage and makes its target lose 1 AP (if he has any left).

Jared Apocrytus (Ultimate): Romeo's basic attacks deal magic damage for 0.6/0.7/0.8 of his MA. This Ability lasts for 3 turns, has a 10/9/8 turn cooldown and costs 3 AP and 30 MP.
Lord of Light (Ultimate): Romeo summons an Elhaym, a light elemental with 50/70/90 HP, 30/50/70 PA, 60 Armor and Resistance and the same Move and Initiative as Romeo. The Elhaym has the ability to fly over walls and enemy units. She stays in battle for 4 turns and has a cooldown after disappearing or dying of 7 turns. This Ability costs 4 AP and 40 MP.

As you can see, it needs a lot of work and tinkering.

Two more characters down (the support and the pusher). Now I need to make the tank and area controller and probably a few more items and the game may start this weekend if all goes well.

Right, I'm down to finishing the last character now but I'm kida stuck, so before I head off to bed, have an association of concept sketches for 4 of the 6 starter characters. Try to figure out which ones represent which roles and have fun speculating before the game begins.

Btw, I think I'm going to try to bring my old MOBA back life. Seeing this thread (and the help of REXPaint) has actually made me want to do it.

PS: The dragonlike thing is either going to be a tank or a pusher I believe. And the one to its right looks like an area control champ.
