Help needed. All my testing seems to suggest that this is possible to play as described, I am not a skilled modder but for the sake of !!SCIENCE!! you are needed

In the mind of Armok passing thoughts are made real, and the lives of mortals are to be lived in fealty to his mighty will.

Among the peoples of the world the Dwarves were Chosen by Armok with the First Anvil. Given the power to shape the very stones themselves into mighty weapons and armors more powerful than any elven masterpiece, the Dwarves took the Anvil to a great fissure in the earth where the power of the earth and the fire of the gods stoked their forges.

Barely a season had passed before the Greed of the Dwarves had grown too great, and a second anvil was forged.


Thinking themselves secure in their fledgling fortress the Dwarves stood in their arms and armor still hot from the forge...

Goblin Story:

But the mind of Armok is not Silent...


It was a dark thought, the Dwarves must answer for this! In the fleeting instant that the thought came it rised with the crest of a great wave and passed, but the vastness of infinite potentiality this thought too was made manifest...


There were 10 of them 8 of them Green and 2 were larger and stronger, yet dimmer of mind then the others. You are their leader, their champion

Rules: Dwarfs Vs Goblins

You sign up for a team, you are can either be a Goblin or a Dwarf. The Dwarves have taken the first turn and made a basic base that is not at all unbreakable.


Each team takes turns playing before giving the save to the other team.


A turn is ~3 months, post your start and stop status screen (Z) for the in game date there is a calendar on the wiki.


Each turn gets 4 AP.


Each life as an adventurer costs 1 AP for peasant 2 AP for Hero 4 AP for Demigod.


Heros may be rested in allied or enemy towns after killing up to 1 Citizen or 5 livestock. It also costs 1 AP to bring any type of adventurer out of retirement.


Starting a Fortress or Unretiring a fortress costs 1 AP


Each month in game rounded up costs another 1 AP.


Reclaiming an enemy fortress is free on the end of your turn but to unpause it you need 1 AP just like in the other modes

When your team runs out of AP post the save file for the other team to do their turn

If you do not post the save within 24hrs (seems reasonable) then the other team may take another turn and your force gets skipped






You may only spawn new adventurers on player made sites you control in fort mode (if you unretired it would be your races entity)

You may not build a trade Depot or trade with caravans but you may move your adventurers like item mules in fast travel as much as you like.

You may embark on new sites with your entity and you may reclaim sites with your entity but you may not bring items or embark points with you when founding a fortress.

Are you Legendary?

A tale is told among the pits of a legendary thief who brought the fire of gods to our people. You must be that hero!!!


1: Start in fortress mode as the Goblin Civilization, you don't get any embark points at all, no items no skills one male and one female Troll.


2: After fort loads up retire the fortress without unpausing. Write down the name of your fortress!!!!!!! .


3: Start in Adventure Mode as a Goblin from the same entity as you did in fortress mode (you are a hero) make your hometown be the same fortress name (you will have to use +/- a few times but you'll get there). You have been blessed by Armok and may take any skill other than reader.


4: As Adventurer find the 2nd Anvil and any other tools you think you need from the fortress I left for you where the fire of the gods can be found easily. For this mission you may kill all of the dwarves but you must leave them at least 1 limonite ore. Bring the loot back to your home town and then retire.


5: Start in fortress mode as the Goblin Civilization unretire that same site and play for 3 months. Save and post it here in this thread.

6:The first one to succeed is the Goblin Monarch.

7.Teams may all play their turns in parallel and post the saves, and the Goblin Monarch may decide which one will represent them officially.

^8^: Same applies for Dwarves, we will also need a Dwarven Monarch.

Obviously: Name your adventurers after yourself and they may live on in your peoples fort

I was able to sneak into the Fortress and I killed one of the Gaurds, the second one maimed me and I was unable to escape. Anvil IS steal-able
