What to do with a minotaur?

So, after it killed 6 of my 7 dwarves in the military I recently started, I finally captured the beast in a cage.  I would rather not have what happened last time happen again so I was wondering what you guys do with them?

Put it in a maze and lock dwarves in it, silly  :P

Put it in your arena and drop him goblins to play with.
Make sure your arena is secure, no doors, only drawbridges, so can't reach your dwarves.

mythology bonus: Make him a labyrinth  :D

I do have quite a few goblins who are taking up valuable cages . . I like it.

Edit: Unfortunately, the six who died seemed to have quite a few grieving friends.  I released the minotaur and watched the Fun ensue.
