So yeah turns out all my effort was for naught and even my impressive array of burst lasers couldn't take down my greatest foe! Seriously though I think it was the burst laser MkIII that let me down, I got deluded by big numbers and promises of power! Don't judge me!

Still, I suppose next is a run on Normal right?

Blank Plays: FTL Advanced Edition - Episode 6 - Phallic Ships

In which we take out The Osprey for a spin, renamed to the Impaler of course! Though seriously laser thing I mention, yeah go to a doctor!

Still my reasons for picking this ship is down to the combination of the Artillery beam and the burst laser mkII will carry you through early game pretty well. Plus the ships crew is incredibly diverse from the get go. So let's see how well we can do this time!

Thanks for not judging! It's why I like you RAM, damn fine Robot! Still if you start looking deep enough into the forums on this game you find a chunk of people with claims of winning the game 100% of the time with certain ships, which I question.

I debate the the composition of Rockmen!

Still I have a few close calls and have to backtrack a few times to make sure the ship is fully repaired, that and I still haven't made any more dick jokes. So I'm doing good right?

I think that it says somewhere that rockmen have no organs, something about decorations on a pirate ship...

Blank Plays: FTL Advanced Edition - Episode 8 - Pipaluk's Luck

Turns out Rockmen can consume poison just fine! So remind me to never get into a drinking contest with one. Still things take a turn for the worse, we keep on fighting, but the RNG is against me!

I think that it says somewhere that rockmen have no organs, something about decorations on a pirate ship...

The game does however say they have a digestive system, I find this genuinely piques my interest!

 Eeesh, those poor respiratory systems.
 You might benefit from being a bit more aggressive in how many places you visit and how many fights you get into, and perhaps spending a moment longer checking the left-hand side of the screen before pressing the jump button.

SPOILERS: It is.

Still I decided to sit here and marathon the Hard mode since I had no idea how long this would last, turns out longer than I expected! Though with this it marks the end of my Space captaining adventures!

So for now I hang up my captains hat. Do space Captains get hats? I want a hat.
