Well, just so far I can attest to how poor the combat feels. Shame, really, as I thought it was well done in the IWD games, at least. Anyone had a strange bug where everyone refuses to run to the right? Seems like it just refuses to mirror the sprites, as it were.

Not a spoiler.  Says in the manual that Nameless knows he'll get back up.  Bodily destruction is the dangerous thing.

Planescape Torment is generally excellent: the point is the characters you talk with and choices you make, and the endless series of juicy revelations you get the more you find out about yourself. You can talk your way out of most problems if you want, or otherwise get Annah to sneak through.
