4j - Guild, etc. randomize my dwarves

Using version 4j. Dwarven Guild changes dwarf caste as advertised, but also changes some other things about that dwarf.

The first image is the dwarf before a change of caste, the second is afterwards.



In addition to caste, we note that age, size, and all physical attributes are rerolled. This is breaking gameplay immersion for me and so I hope someone has a solution to what we should call a bug, and fix.

It's not just guilds, anything involving transformations affected. I had few kobold druids, who became druids during childhood with mothers. As soon as they became adults - all got military promotion. Their age changed with each transformation into bear. At least 2 died from old age in same year they matured. Skeletons infusing/reassembling themselves, anyone transforming affected. But, except kobolds, no one dying on next day, and kobolds designed to die in droves, so for them it's fine.

So I'd better choose the week guy to join the military groups? And quit and join again if he is still a week man? That's weird.

The military cadte dwarves have higher stat ranges than normal guilds. you can send a weakling into military training and he most surely will come out stronger.

Call it a bug if you will, but thats how Toady One made transformations work.

Think something along the lines of Captain America the first movie :D . Skinny guy goes into tube, huge mass of muscle comes out :P
