So, today I started playing as a peasant human outsider and went to a serpent woman lair, since my attacks did nothing to her and I took a beating. So I attacked her by scattering the arena with fire, eventually trapping her. While she was burning to death she said the dialogue and that she killed people with great force while BURNING TO DEATH. Think of some other video game where the final boss is mocking you while you are curb stomping them.
