And it felt so good. I've been reading the devlogs, haven't played in a long time, but reading the stories that Toady relates about the new version that's coming made me so excited. I've played DF since early 2008, and only recently really had the opportunity to donate, due to funds, school, etc. I'm so glad I did it, and I just want to thank Toady for all of his work on this amazing game. It's truly amazing what it's become, and where it's going is even more awesome. Have a great day

Expect an email from toady in a few week, if you donated more than a few bucks you'll probably get a crayon drawing aswell.

I donate every 6 months or so, $20 here $ 40 there.

Its really amazing getting a letter from Washington arrive at my house in Sydney with a crayon drawing in it.

He actually emailed me back within a few hours, was pleasantly surprised. I opted for the ASCII reward, but honestly, I'm just happy to be able to play the game. I very likely will continue to donate, as well. I don't think there's a single game whose dev(s) is(are) as dedicated and awesome as Toady is.
