injured dwarves are piled into one bed!

I only have one bed built so far, and three injured dwarves. now all three are in the same bed complaining.

will they be more unhappy because of this?

I don't think so, but to be sure, you can check their thoughts.  If it doesn't occur in their thoughts, they aren't thinking about it.
