It's tax time. And I haven't had to (since no income) pay taxes in years. I've already done my federal taxes(my return is a whopping $2, since I was only getting paid for two months last year), but the library doesn't have forms for state taxes. Do I even need to fill out seperate forms for state taxes?

Yes you do if you are filing for state, check the state tax commission . Also I'm surprised for a small return, usually they would just give it all back to you cause you made so little.

Not really, and it turns out there were forms for state taxes after all. They were on display upside-down.
