guys for those of you who know and understand Microsoft access please tell me how to complete this question.

8.   Great Outdoors Tours recently updated their liability waiver and will need all scheduled tour groups to sign and return the updated waiver. Create an Update query to update the value of the WaiverReceived field in the Reservations table for all records to “No”. Run the query and then save it as Waiver Update Query. Close the query.   

I don't know where the "update quarry is or how to use it.
