Determining the exact values of your attributes

My adventurer has finally located a vampire, but I want to make sure his stats are maxed first, how can I do that? Also is it possible to see the attributes as a number? I tried DFHack and Therapist so far, but I was unable to see them.

Don't worry about stats, that's currently bugged and they continue to grow even when they should have been stopped by one of the additional tags becoming undead brings.
