Orc Squad only has the max of 1 person ?

I created an Orc Militia squad but when i try to add more members to the squad i can't Anyone knows why ?

That's odd, you're supposed to be able to have ten people in it. You did assign a military commander (warchief) and created a squad based on this orc, yes?
