I suppose there's this one I have, a throwback to the original Red/Green versions of Pokemon (with a couple Blue versions thrown in as well in the original 151, it seems).  No idea where I found it, unfortunately, and it only goes through Generation 5.

I made those ages ago back when I was into Fakemon, fusions and pixel art in general.

I have way more on my old PC, though.

I thought the OP wanted specifically forum ready sprites, so I understood that and the sprites that followed (which weren't what he was asking for but his seeming to miss the joke made them even funnier).

What I don't get is the actual sprites that are actually being posted.

But here's all my avatar sprites in a forum-ready sizes! :V

...okay, still too big. Bleh.

Freeformschooler you should make us a set of forum sprites! I would use your sprites exclusively in my posts if you do! :)

See those faces I made? The :V and the :) - those could be your sprites instead!

Your pokemon spritesheet is missing the letter-pokemon that is an A right?

Also, I love how you see people ripping spritesheets and putting use notices on them. Something to the effect of "I'm ABC, I ripped this from Game XYZ. You can freely use the XYZ sprites but my ABC sprite that I added is totally off limits!" Trying to claim that the stuff he ripped is fair game but out of the other corner of his mouth he's maintaining his ownership of his intellectual property.

Not sure how you rationalize that. It's just goofy.

Forum ready? And I got the joke it was just too obvious to be funny and it just made me angry. :p

I just wanted to see sprites from games that people liked, and ones they've made themselves.

They're not too big for the thread, but maybe a bit large for a sig, though that's not what this thread is for.

I was working on a 2d unity game a while ago. It was supposed to be an action platformer, but working alone on the project got boring and it sort of faded into the background.
Anyways, I tried to make a good player sprite. The following versions I put together in Flash, so the quality is slightly sh**ty, but you get the general idea.

running

idle (not animated, but to get the idea of the char i put torso and legs 2gether)

the sheet

I think the leg anims were pretty gud, but I still would've needed to tweak the torso.
As you can see, i only got as far as the movement mechanics until I gave up. Didn't even make proper jump animations.
made in graphicsgale. 40x40 pixls

I'm posting my cutebold avatar for posterity. Made in GIMP because I can't be bothered with anything else. Originally inspired by GlyphGryph's griffon avatar up there.
