Canada First Nations Mod

My plan for this mod is to have several human civilizations in order to as acurately as possible simulate the quebec area around the time the french started setting up shop there
I have plans for the french, Iroquois and the Huron. I am currently working on the language files

Cool idea! I don't know how politically correct it would be to have baby-snatching corpse-eating humans though. Can you somehow emulate scalping and replace the cannibalism with that?

The make trophy ethics are for that, though they won't scalp people, they'll just make leather from their skin and wear jewelry made of hair, teeth and nails.

I am working on the french first, and i am having a hell of a time translating the language files to french
I'm thinking of, in a while, making supernatural beasts like those in first nations tales

Finished french language file (for now)
I cut down the words to about half
Need to look in to the random symbols instead of letters thing

Not to seem annoying or anything, but perhaps you should move this thread to the generic modding board instead of releases (since, well, there isn't a released version for this mod yet)?

I could release a version later today, probably, but the main addition would be two new weapons and a french language pack

I don't think the First Nation were big on underground fortresses.  :P
Looks like this mod has potential though, I'll be watching this.

A few other Mods focus on above-ground, mainly by removing the option to mine stone.
