I start off with a random founder who then starts recruiting supermutants (AG 10+) for a combat squad while doing B+Es for dollars, Ill also try and pick up a few high CH/seduction hookers as recruiters.  Founder and the gang get into fistfights solo to up dodge, juice and punches to the face, seduction and maybe some persuasion training as well.  Random loveslaves become drugrunners till they suffer from bullet to the face unless I like them for some reason.
I make a serious plan to have differnt people recruit some different squads, hackers, low lvl sleepers for maps, tailors, specialists like psychologists, etc.  Quickly this goes to shit and I loose track of who is doing what or why but I end up with plenty of dudez.  I then deck out my first combat squad with rifles and armor and move them into a fortified safehouse, then I get serious about killing.  6 hackers are thrown into fort liberal and armed with shotguns, they do puter stuff.  I grab 4 or 5 sweatshop workers and once they get 50 or so juice they go to the fort, grab rifles and armor and spend the rest of their freedom fixing bloody clothes, of which there are now many.  Between/during murder sprees I piddle about with kidnapping and try to build an elite graffiti squad, when one of them dies I get shitty and they become a second murder squad.  I fuck about a bit more an do a little of lots.
Then I dont play for a month, come back and try and make sense of what the hell I was trying to do, I fail and restart.  GOTO TOP.

My play style is always under revision, but right now its as is. I get a found with max Charisma you can get from the starting questions, and then have him get donations until he has max persuasion, then I go and recruit mutants with 9+ agility, until I get as many as I can, then I have everyone get donations until their persuasion is maxed, I move the liberals around so the one with the highest agility is in front, doesn't matter where the others are, and have them learn how to drive until they have 3+, while the others take classes in first aid/dodge, and then after the liberal in spot one gets enough levels in the two skills, everyone teaches each other until they can no more, then everyone goes collecting donations again, until I can get them all M4 rifles, completely upgrade an abandoned safehouse with enough current food for 100+ plus days, and then move them in. If anyone has a good tailor skill, they makes some police body armour for them all. If not, they head out to the bank and do a note robbery, and then head to the police station and kill a few officers, and if that gets shut down, they continually head to adult club and kill the bouncers until that gets shut down, and then they head to areas like the park to grind. All the while my founder gets juice through them, and while he does, he goes and recruits another 6, making two two whole squads, and get them M4's, and then move them in with the main squad as back up shooters for when they get raided. When things start to get liberal enough, I send my main squad out to start recruiting to, hopefully finding better liberals now that the mood changed. Again, all the recruits get M4's and shoots as backup. By then, my main squad is probably getting their skills up, and as their skills go up, I upgrade their weapons. Anyone with anything below 9 rifle skills gets an M4, anyone with 10-18 gets an M16, and finally, with anyone with 19+ gets an Ak-47.

Well I've been doing this a while, and have tried many different styles, but the last one was this:
Build a character with some security, driving, stealth, and high AGI
Day 1 - Steal a Sportscar (start with the driving training right away)
Start running through the University apartments unlocking doors, on the way out peek in the bottom floor rooms and snatch anything easy.  Do this until your Security is good enough to do it Downtown, and as your Stealth/Disguise improves you can dig deeper in each room/floor.  Continues to 200 Juice.
You should have money by now.  Set up a Business Front.  Move there.  Date randos wherever till your Seduction is 4ish.  For me my Stealth was about 5 and Security around 8.5, with some Disguise too.  You probably want around 8 Security and Stealth as high as possible.  Get a Black Robe or Suit, then in this case I dated SEALS (twice) then Agents.  In each case, kidnap them and turn them.  I sent them all to the Shelter to hang out and keep the secrecy of my Manpower high.  Your Psychology should now be pretty high.  At some times you should take a break and rob the Army Base blind for armour and assault rifles.  Keep only the founder at your front to keep heat down.  When the CCS turns up, go to the Gentleman's Club and start doing Rubes, etc. instead of Agents.  They don't have as much driving, but they're still good and you can find the clubhouse that way.  Once you have 20ish Enlightened, move them all to the Front and give them all Army Body Armor and M16s that you got from the Base.  Send a brutality squad to every place that isn't shut down, date and turn new Yokels as you shut down the CCS bases to keep finding them.  Repeat.  As you get money, upgrade your base (Printing Press, Tank Traps, Cameras, Generator, Traps).  Once you've determined that all Public Opinion is in your favor and CCS is shut down entirely, just hang out and Fight your way out of any raids until you win.  November 2015 FTW, and I spent a lot of time making my founder ridiculous before I started the murder sprees (27 Stealth, 13 Psych, 15 Persuasion, 9 Driving, 10 Security, 1000 Juice, etc.).
Personally I wasted a bunch of time.  I got a new Sportscar every time I got an Enlightened (sell off anything you get from bad days) and assigned them all so everyone was a Driver.  I didn't attack the CCS till I had 6 guys at 1000 Juice.  I got lucky and found the Armory near the front door so my Founder had 6 Treasons.  I Released a Sweatshop Worker and had them repairing forever, also anyone who wasn't on terror missions would be on clothing repair (you get a LOT, this was my main source of income).

When I play, I recruit Hippies, Prostitutes and Gang Members.

I create a "Love" squad with Prostitutes which seduces firstly Lawyers and Judges so that arrested Liberals don't get too much problems and then other important people such as Police Officer to kidnap them and get sleepers.

I steal cars so that any active squad (Love and Shock) have at least one vehicle.

Parallelly I try to have 1 squad maxed in Stealth and Security for raids, firsly in the Garnment Factory, where I release Migrant Workers and create a squad where they create disguises.
After this they raid the Courthouse, Radio and Cable where they kidnap personalities they then Enlighten and then, they go to the Prison (incredibily easy to close), CEO House, Nuclear Plant and Army Base.

To fund the LCS I pawn the loot and, once my "Shock" squad is enougn skilled, I sent it rob the Bank; I also send my Love squad gain money by Prostitution.

I threaten the landlords with a weapon to have free apartments and use the Downtown ones to stock my weapons, my secrets files and other items.

I put a printer in a building where no Heat-produing Liberal is allowed to go and create a Newspaper Squad from Writers and influence public opinion with my sleeper Radio and Cable Personalities and, once a month, I do a Special Edition.

I create other Shock squads and train them by forcing locks.

I tend to cross train all my people. Disguise and stealth are developed using the apartment buildings in the university and downtown districts. Running through these buildings and opening all the front doors to each apartment develops security quickly as well.

I rob the garment factory heavily to retrieve tons of fine cloth. A person the has developed solid disguise and stealth can get 20 for a single trip. That cloth cuts the manufacturing price of expensive suits down to 100 each. After the first month I tend to have 2 people making suits at all times. Suits sell for 350, making the net gain 500 per day.

Quite early I seek to recruit a lawyer with 9 or 10 law, and set them to train everyone else.

Finishing recruiting runs assure I have sleepers in every location with about 100 promoting liberalism. My active members tend to be below 15 with few to no detected crimes. I general have 2 hackers, 1 hacking and the other teaching to assure full cross training.

I modded in a "Surrender to Police" activity so that I can send my liberals through the court system to clear the few crimes they get. When they have enough law and persuasion they can readily defend themselves. I am thinking about adding a news story for the surrender action in order to gain a public opinion shift.

I also put some sensible modifications in for sleepers (skill gains and random juice gains) and dating (made heart a bigger factor, replicated skill bonuses from regular dates to the week long, and gave more skill gains for the week long date). These make it a little easier for me to get the big pigs as love slaves to my master seducers.

Whoa, I want this. I have to go the police station and loiter all the time. (Sometimes I just hit on people while naked until I aggravate the cops, which doesn't take long and is always hilarious)

Same here. Its something that should probably be in the base game anyway.

I start my founder off as a persuasive type with a little stealth and security, and have her engage in apartment theft to build her initial juice, stealth skills and cash supply. Then I have her recruit a hacker squad who can help her run the Liberal Guardian and keep it primed with good data theft and generally keep me afloat, while she does persuasion, datenapping and low-heat infiltration work. Sometimes I recruit a professional thief to turn the latter job over to.

Now, the above people stay mostly under the radar, while I build my death squad. The combat squad is composed of the Enlightened, preferably Agents or Vigilantes and maybe with one unenlightened Army Veteran early on; I have the founder pull her pistol, kidnap them, and psychology them up. These guys are there for stuff that's high-blood and high-noise; that said, they'll usually develop enough stealth, security disguise skill to handle any infiltrations that I need done, excepting stuff like the Intelligence Supercomputer or a quiet raid on the CEO Residence. These people are the ones who destroy the CCS, handle bank robberies for the big buckazoids, shut down the police station and the radio/news stations, capture judges for Enlightenment and generally shift opinion by force of arms. Sometimes they also kidnap radio personalities and news anchors for liberalization.

Once the CCS are dead, I've got a horde of sleepers speaking truth to the masses and things are swinging left, I probably have nothing to worry about, so my combat team relaxes the policy of wholesale slaughter (and if they're overheated from mass murder and death penalty laws are no longer C+, I let them get imprisoned while I wait out the revolution; if their methods become necessary later, I can free them then). The House should liberalize in 2010, and the Senate and White House in 2012; after that, I just have to wait for the Elite Liberal Amendments.

I start off with all "E" Answers, then I raid a sweatshop factory and rescue several workers. I then have them produce clothing, which I sell at the pawn shop, thus earning money for our Liberal ends. Once I feel like I'm going somewhere, I recruit some hackers and writers. I then buy a printing press, have the writers write for the Liberal Guardian, and have the hackers hack for secrets. I'll print in the newspaper whatever secret needs more attention, and gain support for the Liberal cause.

I have the clothing factory and newspaper shop in the same place, while the Leader and the Hackers lay low in an apartment. When the heat gets too high, I stop hacking and start doing community service. Once the heat goes away, the hacking resumes. Rinse and repeat.

I continue this for four years, and POOF, the President is an Elite Liberal, and the Senate and House, though still Conservative for a large part, are giving way.

I used to do the all the E answers too but now I change it around to skip the sword and strength training and get more seduction and persuasion from other areas because seduction is the best way to get around the member cap and penetrate the defenses of conservative hicks. I also try to use sleepers more because after a few years you can end up with 30 of them which is incredible.
