"A representative from Violador Industries based in the city of Free Market, Grassland.....I'm here in Wasteland to convince citizens of Dust to buy stock.....except....I've gotten a bit lost"
He's wearing a very clean black suit, and looks fairly rich

He reluctantly hands you the vial, it seems dry, but you are in a desert, so any liquid that was in there could have evaporated quickly
