DF: Generic Names

Is there a setting to have Generic names displayed for dwarves? (their names in English instead of Dwarvish)

I'm doing a big project with a friend where we start off making a village together then at certain pop limit we split all the people and move them into 2 big towers we are constructing in the name of Armok (each managing our own tower ignoring the other during each year). And considering we are keeping a log of it, i've started using Legend Viewer to find and interesting history of immigrants we receive. Considering it displays names in "English", I switched my Dwarf Therapist to also display names in English. So if I can do it ingame as well that would be awesome and would make tracking specific dwarves much easier.

Example: Urist Borushdumat => Raked-Roughness

You can always personalize them and go to INT files and play around with the name settings.

I don't know about vanilla, but Masterwork has an option for "English Dwarves". If I had to guess I'd say it was probably in the "init" files or something- I'm not very good with coding beyond Basic.

The easiest way to track dwarves is to give them nicknames. Can't you use that?
