Minecraft Server Construction

Hey Everyone. I am looking for a few people who can help me construct a medieval style RP Server for Minecraft. I am going to be investing some money into a server to get this thing up and running once the Map has been made. I need a few people for Moderating. I work 48 hour shifts so when I have this Server Up, I'll need some people to look after it when I am away. For a Moderator, gotta help me make the map first. My requirements are: Skype and Hamachi
