World Saves?

So after i download a world save how to i carry on from the fort? or could someone upload their fort and let me play it?  :D

since im kind of a noob and starting out a fortress just kills me everytime  :'(

You put the region file into [your DF directory]/data/save, then just continue the game from the main menu as you normally would.
