The Fallen Six-RPG
« on: September 23, 2013, 06:41:37 pm »

Long ago, as the world was created, the mightiest of the gods and the mightiest of the primordials discovered a shard of ultimate evil. Three gods and three primordials wanted to use this shard, and use it they did. Doing so however, corrupted the gods into archdevils and primordials to demon princes. Each chose a champion to represent them in the world. You six are those champions.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Can we start with only four players, with an option for more to come in later? Or at the very least Giglamesh's questions should be answered...

Six players, each the champion of one major evil god thing. Goal is to sow chaos and dominate the world. I'd prefer you working together.

Name: Cognitae Ankan
Gender: Male
Description: A man seemingly composed of clockwork and human flesh, half covered with robes festooned with parts and pockets. Gears of brass click on bars of bone. He moves with rhythmic jerky movements, and his voice is tinny and echoing. A delicate bronze mask of a weeping man covers his face, and his scalp is covered with bronze. He almost constantly hums to a tone only he can hear. He can resemble his limbs to reveal blades, biological rifles and even a clanking flamethrower that spurts jets of silver flames. Despite this, his machinery is easily disrupted, so he prefers to create clockwork/biological minions to fight his battles.
Race: clockwork (ex-human)
speed:1
strength:1
will:2.5
skills: +2 to minion creation
Patron: :/
Birth star: :/
Background: Once there was a man who loved to invent. All day he'd tinker with clockwork. His marvellous creations etertained kings and peasants alike. There was nothing he could not fix. Until one day, a woman said to him: 'My husband is dead. Can you not fix him?' A so the tinkerer tried. He replaced muscles with genius arrays of gears and drivewheels, organs with pipes and valves. He grew obsessed with combining metal and flesh. But nothing worked until a voice whispered to him: I can tell you how. Swear yourself to me, and I will sing to you the music of the gears. The man replied: Yes. I desire knowledge. Tell me how, and I am yours. So the voice sang and the man forgot the widow's husband, forgot his name, his house and his joyful creations. From that day he was Cognitae Ankan, and he heard the song of the cogs; the music of the gears.

Name: Cadmea
Gender: Female
Description: A Slightly smaller than usual humanoid. Green skin covers her from head to toe and not a single hair is on her skin. She wears a dark red robe most of the time, in a stark contrast to her green skin. The magic given to her by her god is what leads her on her destructive rampages.
Race: corrupted human
Speed: 2
Strength:0.5
Will: 2
skill: +2 destructive magic

Background:
A long time ago Cadmea had a different name. One she does not remember all too well anymore and doesn't care about anyway. She was an explorer at heart, so as soon as she was old enough she set out to explore the world. Her exploits led her through many dangerous situations. One day she traveled deep into a cave. It kept on going, so she kept going. The walls were slippery, and soon she was more sliding downwards than walking. when the cavern opened to reveal a green glowing pool she was unable to hold her descend into the no doubt dangerous liquid.
As she slid into it she was greeted by pain, as the acidic slime ate away her clothes, hair and burnt her skin. as her screams of pain reached their crescendo a voice spoke to her:"I can give you a way to end this pain. You just need to accept it." Without a second of doubt she accepted. The pain turned into anger, and then the anger was pushed out of her half digested body, taking the form of fire.
On the surface a pile of smoke started rising from the entrance of a cave. a few minutes later a shape appeared from the cave, slumped together, breathing heavily. She slowly made her way to the nearby village. It was the mid of day and the children were playing in the fields. They screamed as she came near. the guards ran to defend the village. They started shouting monster, but she was too tired to make out their exact words. they hit her. with a sudden realization she - now cowering on the ground - realized she was the monster. the ooze that ate her skin must have left her looking like an undead, or worse. once again she heard a voice - this time from within - "Oh, why are we so scared? Are we feeling hurt by their evil words? All those empty words. We are thirsty for Payback? What would we want to do with them?" the sad shape lying on the ground answered, her feelings transformed to anger once more, very much to the shock of the town guards and children that were beating down on her:"Burn them. Burn them all!"
With this a pillar of flame rose from the body, engulfing the guards and children alike, and out of the pillar strode a single being, her skin a bright green, the ash of her victims transformed int a cloak, devoured by rage and anger against all those that would mock her.
Cadmea was reborn.
