Argonaut: Brute [X], Mover [X]. Leader of the Toronto Protectorate and one of the most prominent Canadian superheroes, Argonaut can regenerate wounds, fly at around 250 miles per hour, and possesses telekinesis with a range around 15 feet (5 meters). He wears a suit of blue-colored powered armor made by Prefab, vaguely Greek in style, which includes an energy blast which stuns enemies.
(Toronto Protectorate)Bullhit: Brute [X], Mover 1. Approximately six feet tall, wearing an armored brown suit including a horned helmet looking like a bull. He has short-lasting superspeed and -strength that requires "charging up" to use. His combat technique typically involves pausing to charge his power, then charging at an opponent and delivering a couple hits before repeating the process.{Gus Hull}
(Toronto Wards)Bullet: Brute 5, Mover 4. A heavyset man who wears a gray bodysuit and a bullet-shaped helmet. How creative. He can fly at supersonic speed and is nearly invulnerable.
(Montreal Protectorate)Burnsaber: Striker. Generates pyrokinetic blades.
(The Deadly Four)Carborn: Brute 6, Tinker 3. A humanoid thing made out of automotive parts, about 3 meters tall. It has legs, a torso, and arms; the limbs are stumpy, but the arms have extendable "hands" which are a bit crude, but still work. Tinker specialty: Machines of various sorts.
(Independent Toronto Hero)Catalyst: A tall and thin young man with short brown hair and eyes. Enhances others' powers.
(Pavises)Combat Karate Kicker: Brute 5, Mover 2. A boy in his early teams, whose costume is composed of a ski mask and some sort of martial arts uniform, worn over a jacket of some kind in poor weather. Enhanced durability and strength
, plus minor super-speed and -jumping (around 20 kph and 5 meters high, respectively). Mainly patrols in the afternoons.
(Toronto Independent Hero)Donnerhammer: Blaster 3, Brute 8. A tall, blonde, imposing man, believed to be the brother, husband, or (to a few) both of Lily. Originally named Thor, until legal action from Marvel Comics forced him to change it. Super-strength, invulnerability
, electrokinesis, which is enhanced by the hammer Wunderwaffe created for him. One of the most physically powerful of the Lilies.
(The Pure Lilies)Ekrixi: Blaster 9, Mover 2. A . Capable of generating lasers, kinetic blasts (beams which strike with significant kinetic force), and explosive fireballs. Can also fly, slowly and no more than a meter off the ground.
(Apokryfi)Felis Nocht: Mover 5, Thinker 2. A slender young woman, perhaps 13 or 14. She wears a yellow hooded sweatshirt with a pair of vaguely feline "ears" crudely stitched on, and a red-orange plastic cat mask. Her powers are enhanced reflexes and mildly enhanced speed (say, 25-30 kph), plus enhanced jumps and wall clinging. She does not appear to need sleep, as she patrols mainly at night.
(Independent Toronto Hero)Glazier/Branden Stephenson: Blaster [X], Shaker [X]. Isabella's son and eldest child, and a vitrekinetic. Triggered when supervillains attempted to kidnap him and Clara to hold hostage.
(The Seven)Goblin: Mover/Master 5. A small, scrawny, flaky-green-skinned man with overlarge ad floppy ears and nose. He wears a purple costume, including a vest, boots, and pants. Teleportation, with a short-duration duplicate left behind for several seconds thereafter, before swiftly "wilting".
(Chicago Protectorate)Icerazor: No description written.
(Yatowa Itsuki)Lily: Shaker [X]. A short, blonde, unimposing woman wearing a suit of powered "armor" intended primarily to enhance mobility. She leads the Pure Lilies and has the ability to cause plants (typically bearing white flowers resembling lilies) to grow from surfaces.
Magemace: Striker 5. A madman wearing robes and a cape. Clumsy. Generates a sphere of energy which can be anywhere from 5 to 30 centimeters in diameter, centered anywhere up to around 25 centimeters from either hand. This energy can accelerate solid matter touching it to significant speeds (throwing people across the room, for instance), disrupt electrical signals (causing disorientation or disruption of electronic devices), or change in temperature.
(The Deadly Four)Marvelous Magician: No description written.
(Toronto Rogue)Mechanus: Brute 5, Blaster 4. Short, wide-shouldered man made out of metal, mainly mechanical. Absorbs and redirects electricity. Feigns emotionlessness.
(Montreal Protectorate)Molehill Mountain: Breaker (Brute; Stranger) 6. An overweight woman who wears a simple skirted suit. She has two opposite powers: The power to shrink to around 20 centimeters in height, and the power to grow to around 10 meters high.
(Islanders)Paintcan: Changer 1, Striker 6, Trump 8. Leader of Herbicide. A person of uncertain features
, capable of shifting from one visage to another. Virtually the only distinguishing features of any of these forms is a tattoo of a palette on his forehead. S/he can also induce physical changes in others, causing them to change gender, build, or even apparent ethnicity, although they retain most distinctive characteristics. Needless to say, Paintcan enjoys using this power to make the Pure Lilies appear non-Caucasian, or to make potential victims of the Lilies appear to be Caucasian. Paintcan can also apply colors, corresponding to various powers or drawbacks. Recorded effects include blindness (black), clairvoyance (white), electrokinesis (yellow), immobility (purple), power enhancement or negation (shades of brown), super-speed (yellow), super-strength (red), and enhanced toughness (maroon). He uses a pair of boots with a teleportation device in them, or a "typical" bike when he needs to ride.
(Herbicide)Piasa: Brute [X]. A darkish-skinned woman who wears a feathered bodysuit and a mask looking something like a Chinese dragon. She can generate mobile force fields within about a meter of herself, allowing her to (among other things) fly and mimic both invulnerability and super-strength.
(Toronto Protectorate)Plantcatcher: No description given.
(The Deadly Four)Prefab: Tinker [X]. Second-in-command of the Toronto Protectorate, Prefab is a tinker with a specialty in, basically, portable structures. He also makes decent armor.
(Toronto Protectorate)Rifleboot: Tinker 2. A short man wearing a minimalistic suit of powered armor, most prominent over the feet and lower legs but with heavy pistons on the arms and torso. These boots contain rockets and firearms, making Rifleboot a potentially dangerous but as-is amusing Tinker.
(Toronto Independent Villain)Shot Lass/Isabella Stephenson: Blaster 7, Mover 3, Shaker 2. The first hero of the Seven, and the leader of the team. She triggered at age 15, and in the 18 years since she became one of the city's most notable independent heroes. Her powers are (clumsy) flight and vitregenesis, usually used to fire projectiles.

(Chicago Protectorate)Slash-And-Blast: Blaster 4. A plastigenic with an assortment of secondary powers (enhanced speed, strength, and toughness, plus slow regeneration). She goes out in a suit of self-made plastic armor and uses plastic projectiles to blast enemies.
(Chicago Protectorate)Slink: Brute 1, Mover [X]. A thin man who wears a gray costume reinforced by horizontal bands of metal. He is capable of short-ranged teleportation, and is also resistant to impact injuries.
(Independent Toronto Hero)Smash Bolt: Brute, Blaster. No description written.
(Independent Toronto Villain)Summoner/Clara Stephenson: Master 7. Isabella's daughter and Alexandria's twin sister. She triggered at the same time her brother did. She can summon creatures similar to those she can see at the time, although with little control over their exact appearance
. These creatures have a solid limit on how many can exist (either one of a few tons, a number of tiny ones totaling several tons, or somewhere in between).
(The Seven)Technitis: Tinker 6. A versatile Tinker, outfitted in robes concealing a variety of gadgets. None of these gadgets are very powerful, however.
(Apokryfi)Tectonic: Shaker 13. A tall, muscular African-American man who has rarely spoken. When working in the field, he wears a pair of gray cargo pants and a matching sweater (or no shirt, when it is warm enough). A terrakinetic on a macro scale, but lacking finesse. He created the island the Islanders operate out of.
(Islanders)Thrower: Blaster [X]. A shorter-than-average man hidden behind fairly heavy armor. He can throw objects and have them accelerate to great velocities, up to an estimated Mach 0.6 for most.
(Independent Toronto Villain)Tinkewreck: Blaster [X], Brute [X], Mover [X], Thinker 1, Tinker 2. Currently a heavily cyborged individual, exhibiting enhanced strength, extreme durability, a pair of small missile launchers, "jump jets" allowing high jumps in excess of 100 feet, and mildly enhanced sensory capabilities. In addition, Tinkewreck is a tinker with the schtick of combining the designs of other tinkers into one, albeit typically with increased maintenance requirements.
(Toronto Guild)
Wingnut: Leader of the Pavises. Tinker specializing in aircraft. (Pavises)
