Is there any way to see the numerical value of your attributes, so you can know how close you are to max? I don't want to vamp out until my core stats are as close to MAX as possible.

I know that with dwarf therapist, you can see what the max and current attributes are for some of the dwarves, but that doesnt work for adventure mode sadly...
