Back at the house Harvey leaves the smart guy to sell all the houses online using a website that buys houses then has him look for a place thats big and has a wall and gate around it.

After searching there are a couple options:

1. Villa de Mafia: A newish villa on the outskirts of the town.It is surrounded by a wall and has a small pool.It is quite big with 2 floors and a basement.However the one of the old gangs used to own it and there was a full on fight when over a bank robbery.The house is in need of a renovation and also it is said that FBI has it wire tapped and bugged.

2. Villa me le country: A old villa just outside the town situated in the countryside.However old it is in a good state and full of security measures.The walls have a copper mesh  to interfere with any bugs.The place has a single floor but a secure vault in the basement underground.It is surrounded by a wall and given its in the countryside its ready for expansion.

3.'Old house': A very old house situated in the city.It is 3 floors tall with a basement.It has a metal grate wall and the house itself is wooden.It has a biggish back garden and front garden.The house has been ignored by society and allowed to fall apart.

After selling your crews houses you now have 1,750,000 dollars.Whatever cash you have left afterwards you can use to upgrade the house or spend it on weapons or anything else.

Harvey buys Villa me le country and has a builder b#come out to it to meet him to explain possible upgrades and the costs. Beginning with a reinforced room thats large and strong enough to hold men if they want to get out.
He also contacts a dealer who has guns and body armor.

He then sends the smart guy, the drugy and street guy into the town to gather up every piece of street scum they can find and bring them to it ranging from drugys to hookers and pole dancers.

While this is done he assess the house to see how many people it could currently hold with 3 single beds per bedroom except the master bedroom.

There are about 30 different recruits each with different backgrounds and personality's.There are 5 bedrooms and one master bedroom.The house can fit 15 people with single beds,30 people with bunkbeds and 45 people with wanky 3 storey bunkbeds.

A full scale fight begins.One of the men takes out a knife and lunges for a junkie while another gets a lead pipe that was laying around and goes for the head of a junkie.There is a horrifying crack as the hit connects and the pipe crashes through the skull and bone fragments get stuck in the brain.The junkies give up after a while.You are victorious but still get a couple of bruises.

Part 3.
Sell off all new recruits houses the same as I did with the first lot.
Get prices to fortify the wall, reinforce the gate, add a walkway with parapet on the wall.
Price to extend this house to have 25 Normal Bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
Price to build a second identical house.
