I don't know if I'm just not thinking creatively, but I don't see a landbridge. All I see is an inland sea with quite a few evil biomes surrounding it.

But, hey, let's get creative, at least. I do know what you meant by the landbridge and the more I think about it the more sense it makes. Only thing is that I see it not as something that lets you cross in between two otherwise separated continents but rather a bridge that only leads to a sea of decay and murder (hints at evil swamp (that is a swamp right? I'm not just being delusional?)).

The image is wide, click your middle mouse button and move to the right.

From the looks of it, either an entire small civ has built up on the northern half of that land bridge or part of larger civ not on the image has decided to build a couple of random towns and small settlements there.
