Are you sure it isn't the Schizophrenia de/buff (buff or debuff, depending on your viewpoint and the usefulness of the voices.)?

Gotta say, I hate how much one has to do to change servers.
It was much, much easier back in the day, but things got rough around the XIX century update when the Politicians were (over)buffed.

Yeah, a lot needs to be done to start a story arc event. There were two world-wide events, IIRC, started by one particular guild.

Even with all it's flaws I've got to say, I do love the attention put into the mini games, I mean they're nothing like Real Life but they are still cool.
